MEET GARY

With 32 years of experience as a realtor, and with over 2,000 transactions achieved on his own, Gary has been able to develop an intrinsic understanding of what the local market is doing in Northern Idaho. Since 1999, Gary has developed many projects as an individual and with local investors within the real estate industry. Gary also manages and owns multiple rental units and plans to develop more in the near future.

Most days, you can find Gary surfing behind his boat, traveling to Costa Rica for some surf, or trying to hit 95mph on his skis in the mountains, but you can always bet on him pairing each of these hobbies with a cigar at the end of the day.

Born in Long Beach, CA, and then moving to Northern Idaho at a young age, Chuck has had the benefit of seeing Idaho grow into what it is today. As a son of a very well known and successful realtor, Chuck naturally ventured into business and marketing and now holds 12+ years of experience working alongside and creating success for national and international companies.

Chuck’s focus has been in data analytics, consumer behavior studies, client communication, and in-depth market research within multiple industries. Beyond his prerequisites, Chuck enjoys snowboarding, riding one of his many motorcycles, and hanging out with his friend and music artist "RiFF RAFF" in Florida designing albums and directing music videos.
